Duties Include

  • Initial consultation (1 hour)

  • Timeline creation for the wedding day

  • Vendor confirmation 2 weeks before the wedding

  • Final venue walk-through (within 1 month of event)

  • Rehearsal coordination (1 hour)

  • Day-of coordination (up to 10 hours)

  • On-site management

  • Vendor point-of-contact

  • Emergency kit on hand

  • Travel OVER one hour of Warner Robins/Macon Area - $50 per hour after the first hour (unless otherwise discussed)
